In December I was on facebook promoting spotify 3 months for 1.99, I would like to understand why besides paying 16.90 my subscription still expired in a month.

Misleading advertising?

I paid with bank slip.

Unfortunately it's not possible at the moment to sign up to any of the deals using a bank slip as it's not a recurring payment method which means that you've missed out on the deal this time. Maybe they'll be some deals for existing Users in the future that you can claim (using a recurring payment method).

What? How is not a recurring payment method which? Here is the attached print with the spotify ticket, unfortunately I see several complaints regarding this type of spotify practice. I am a consumer and I have nothing to lose but you have.

Well, I tried to contact some channels of spotify but without success, it is ridiculous you sign a service and have no return, even so, I will try again on the link sent.

 

PS: post will remain open because I have no solution of the case, Note 0 for troubleshooting.
