Second duo account not premium

I signed up for duo today. My partners account is coming up as member on my plan but their account is not premium

It sounds like your partner might have accepted the Premium Duo invite using a different account than the one they usually use.

I recommend having your partner log in at https://spotify.com/account to check the current plan status. This should show if they’re on the Premium Duo plan or if it’s the wrong account.
