Seperate Accounts Merged Resulting In Loss Of Playlists etc.

Hello!

So here is my issue, I had a username/email Spotify account at first and then later made another with my Facebook account. I have been using the Facebook Spotify account via my tablet, phone, and computer the most for the last few years and built up a lot of playlists, discover history, followers etc. I recently started using the username/email account again at work via the webplayer because of work restrictions. I wanted to get some of the playlists on my Facebook account so I connected the username/email Spotify account to my Facebook Spotify account via the Spotify's profile options on the website. Now my username/email Spotify account is connected to Facebook Spotify account, but now none of the content (playlists, followers etc.) from my Facebook Spotify account is there anymore.

So how can I go about separating them again and getting back all of my previous Facebook Spotify account content?

 

Have I lost all of the previous content, or is there a way to get it back via disconnecting my Facebook from Spotify?

If you know anyone who was following your old profile, you might be able to find it and follow the playlists easily. 

 

If not get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to locate and get the playlists moved over for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
