Setting up an account as a present

Hi.
I'm hoping someone could tell if this is possible. I would like to buy my Mum a subscription for a few months for spotify. But as this is a present, and she isn't very technical I would like to set it up for her before handing it over. I would also like to either.. be able to sign in with her email address and have her switch this to her facebook later. Is this possible at all? Is it possible to set up a temporary account and then transfer it, and keep all the playlists etc? Or will I just have to use her facebook account and hope she doesn't notice until christmas.

it's not possible to set up a "temporary account" and transfer it etc. etc..I suggest you buy her a gift card and set it up for/with her together after christmas.
