Hi there, I have a premium account: my partner signed out in error when he got a new phone. He now can’t sign in a duo premium account like he did before. When I send him the link to log on it just gives him my Spotify and he changes my music. I am paying for both so just want to know how to fix this or I will cancel this feature. Thanks

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community.

 

Please keep in mind that your partner needs to log into Spotify with his own details instead of yours. If he can't remember his information to access, please ask him to check How do I reset my password? to find some options. Also, keep in mind that there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. If he's not finding his account with his email, he can try logging in with these to find the account.
