Shared playlists do not appear

Hi everyone, 

unfortunately, any shared playlists don't appear in my dashboard and I don't get notifications either. I checked all settings and everything should be fine. Can you please let me know how we can solve this? Thanks.

Are you referring to your public playlists on your profile? Are you friends able to see any playlists when they visit your profile? 

It's worth trying a clean reinstallation if you haven't already given that a try. Let us know how that works for you, thanks!
