I clicked on "revoke Access" to the Shazam app by mistake. How do I get it back? Cannot get Spotify to show on my Shazam app even though am a premium account

I'd try going to Shazam in your settings. If you see a Spotify icon, click on it and select allow access.

Thanks for that info. Unfortunately not working for me. I have seen that others have shazam/spotify interface issues

Thanks for reaching out about this in the Community!

You should be able to connect your Shazam to Spotify again, like so:

1. On iPhone or iPad, swipe up to My Music from the main Shazam screen. On Android, swipe left to the Library from the main Shazam screen.
2. Tap the Settings button , then tap Connect next to Spotify.
3. Tap Agree in Spotify.

Hi Alex,

Thank you but as the post mentions, the problem is that I do not have the option to connect to spotify.

The option is just not there. I revoked access because my shazam playlist did not update anymore. Now I can’t reconnect (tried reinstalling both apps already).

Anyway decided to delete my shazam account… we’ll see if this actually fixes the problem…
