Sign out of all devices not working.

I resently let two of my friends borrow my spotify, but they won't sign out, and when i try the "Sign out of all devices" button, it only signs out of my own phone and computer. May it be that they are using offline?

You can check to see if they're using Offline Mode by checking your Offline Devices here. If that's the case, just remove them and reset your password here.
