Signed up for Premium

I tried signing up for premium and did sign up and I am not getting premium it's still saying I am using the free version. The account I am trying to use is linked with my Facebook please help.

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.

Yes I've tried doing that twice that didn't help either

Does your profile page show premium ?

And have you tried to log in with your username instead of your Facebook account ?

It would be great if you could give us these details. ^^

No my profile page shows free and I have tried signing in every possible way I can

1. When you log into your account did you use an email address or your Spotify username? 

2. Do you see all your playlists in the account? 

3. Could you please attach a screenshot of what you currently see when you sign in?


It would be great if you could give us these details. ^^

When I sign I I click sign in with facebook. I see all my playlists and everything it just doesn't say premium.

The support usually replies within 24-48 hours. You can also tweet to @SpotifyCares if you dont want to write an email. ^^
