Signing up for Get Access issues (Artist page)

Hi there,

Does anyone know how to navigate some issues I'm having with signing up for get access artist account?

I have a spotify free account which I want to change to an artist account. I've gone through the get access portal https://artists.spotify.com/  but when I get to the step of Artist/band name it cannot find my existing page and even where it asks me to add the URI link to my existing free page, it doesnt recognise it or allow me to progress to the submit page....

Is this a bug or is there a work around this?

Can you please post a screenshot of what you're seeing when you try to select your artist page on the access request page? A link to your artist profile could be useful, too.

Also, I'd always recommend reaching out to the Artist Services team for stuff like this: https://artists.spotify.com/contact.

I have the same problem. I can't find my own account called Savio Le Duca, but when I paste my Spotify link, I still can't click the add button... What to do?

Hey @SavioLeDuca,

You can only request access to Spotify for Artists if you have an artist page. Is your music already available on Spotify?

Hi Maxim,

I have no music on Spotify yet. Is this also the reason why people can not find me if they search my name?

People can only find me when I send them my profile URL...

No, but that's the reason why you're unable to request access to Spotify for Artists.
