- Signing up to Student Discount Premium through NUS but it gives me a strange message..

Hi,

When i entered my NUS number in the spotify page i get this message:

"Sorry, but your student card has already been used for a Student discount."

I did not use this card yet for Spotify yet it says that? I did not even give anyone my NUS number, because of this i am unable to sign up to Premium with Student Discount because of this, any chance someone might be using my NUS number?
