Some is controlling my account (but he/she is not listed under devices)

Hi,

I've got this constant problem that sometimes my music stops playing back and some other device (not mine) pops in and starts to play music. Also there is one playlist that is appearing from time to time that I'm not listening to and when I delete it it does delete but reappers after some time.

I've tried to log out all devices, changed passwords but still someone is using my account and I don't have any other ideas what can I do.
