Somebody is using my account

Somebody is using my account

I already clicked on "Sign out everywhere", but that one device is still there, and it is using my profile, and i cant listen my music.

I already changed my password on spotify and on facebook too, please help

@user-removed heuy there, rest assured spotify takes security concerns very seriously,

 

however, it is likely that there is a playback error on one of your devices, rather than a security breach,

 

The quickest way to contact spotify directly is via here or @SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter.

 

If you let them know as much as you can about your issue, they can have a look on their end and sort this out ASAP.
