Someone Else Using My Account

Hi,

I recently browsed through my recently played list and noticed someone else is using my account obviously screwing up my preferences.

My account is linked to my FB page so I logged out of all devices and I changed all the passwords. It doesnt seem to help. What do I do?

Is there a way to disassociate my spotify from my facebook account and still keep everything?
