Someone else is using my account

My Spotify keeps on pausing and it says it's doing it cause someone else is using my account.. how can I stop it? I've tried logging off and back on and it still keeps happening. I can't even get through one song without Spotify pausing it cause someone else is using my account

Oh no. Please login to your Spotify account on your browser and do this:

1. Go to Account

2. Go to Offline devices tab

3. View all the devices connected to your account and remove the one you are not familiar of.
