Someone hacked my account

Hi!

Last week my account were hacked, and when I finally got logged in, all my playlists were gone, and my username were changed. I had, like - over 2000 songs on one of my playlists, and I just want my account back to the same old account..

Please, help me 😞

Your in luck. First go to your account page on the web. https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/ . Then scroll down and click sign out everywhere at the bottom of account overview. Next go to change password and change your password. Finally go to Recover Playlists and recover the playlists that have been deleted.

Hi! I tried, but the respons I get, is this message:

"We had an error retrieving your deleted playlists. Try again later.".

Then I would contact Spotify. You can do so with this link . Then go to technical issues > Missing Playlists > Need More Help and they will respond pretty quickly.
