Someone is piggy backing on my account!!

Someone is piggy backing on my account!!

I'm so frustrated because every time I listen to music on my phone, it switches it to some god-awful music and it looks like a play station is using and then a Dell is using. It's different people. Every time I try (for the past almost two weeks) to change my password, I get this on Spotify.com:

Oh no!
Something has gone wrong! But don't be sad.
You can try again a little bit later.

 

This is NOT cool! Please! I pay a lot of money a month to have Premium and I can't even change my password. What else can I do? Please help.

Hello,
Are you using Facbook-credentials to login? If yes, change Facebook password.

If not try a different browser to change your pw. If this doesn't work, terminate your Account and create a new account with different e-mail and password.
