Someone keeps using my account - help!

So, I am a Premium user and have been for years. 

Yesterday, my music was paused as someone was using my account elsewhere.  Sure, my wife, I thought - no.  My friends? I was logged in at their house at the weekend - no. 

So I changed my password - logged out of all devices - logged in and five minutes later the same thing happens. 

I repeat the password/log out of all devices process again.  Five minutes later it happens again. 

Think I might have some key reading malware on my Mac, I use a colleagues Mac to change the password again and log out of all devices. Logging back in on my phone with the new login in details when BAM - paused again as someone somewhere else is listening.

Hey @ovensnake

The best course of action when something like that happens is to create a new account with a different email address from the one you're using (Tip: don't use the one you use for Facebook). That will give you a different Spotify username.

Once you have this new account, fill out the contact form, and someone from Spotify will be happy to help you migrate your Premium privileges, library, playlists, friends, etc. to this new account.

Connected devices stay with the old account, so you'll have a fresh start without them.

so it seems that Spotify has been hacked! I had the same exact problem and i’ve been a  subscriber for many years.  I Tried All The Things Spotify Recommended me to do And The Same Problem Persists .  It Sucks Because I Love Using Spotify And I Couldn’t do Anything About it so I Just Decided to Give The Service up
