Someone used my email to create account, now I'm having issue changing the country on my account!

Hello.

Hoping someone can help.

I join sportify 3 weeks ago and came to realize that someone was using my email account.

That person is from Spain. Now that my password has been reset so my account wont be used, I can't change the country in my personal settings. Trying to change it to Canada and the only option i get is US and Spain when i log in. (US because my IP address at work is from the US)

also when loggin in from my phone it says that i have been abroad for 14 days and not log in.

can someone please help.
