Someones is connected to my spotify and I cant disconnect them

Someones is connected to my spotify and I cant disconnect them

Someone is hooked up to my spotify and they dont show up on sign out all devices, I've changed my password 3 times and It wont go away. All I can do right now is play awful music and keep the volume up until they get tired of hitting pause and disconnect.
