Songs listed but I can't play them

As you can see below, you have Eagles of Death Metal, Death by Sexy listed but I can't play most the songs off it and today I subscribed to Premium, why is this?

According to a song availability tool I have access to, Eagles of Death Metal's Death by Sexy album is only available for listening on Spotify in the United States.

Missing or unavailable music is almost always a decision by the artist/label to withhold the content from Spotify.
