Split the price of premium?

Can my friend and I share the price of premium, yet on separate accounts? Like linking two credit cards?

A Spotify premium subscription is only valid for one account.

Each account has to have its own premium subscription.

I think you can use the same credit card on more than one account, but you would have to have 2 subscriptions.
