Spotify Accounts are Confused

Spotify Accounts are Confused

I had installed Spotify two years ago on both my computer and my iphone and all was well. My Facebook page was connected with no problems. 

 

Then today I decided to make my mom a Spotify account but accidentally used my computer instead of hers to make the account. I was logged out of my account on my desktop. I entered in her information, including her Facebook page, information, ect. 

 

Now whenever I try to log into my account, I am redirected to hers. And her account has my Facebook profile picture as the photo. Even though I used her Facebook to create the page, I tried disconnecting the Facebook from both of our accounts and then re-connecting with each respecitvely. Now my page is black, no playlists or contacts. When I try to log into my (cmstevens1894) account, I can't use the Facebook login because it redirects to my mom's (rlstevens1993). And i can't do the "Forgot Password" option because the e-mail I orignially signed up with was closed down. 

 

Please help!!! I haven't waited 24 hours yet for the Facebook situation to possibly resolve, but I still don't know my login for cmstevens 1894 and am not sure my music will re-appear!!

Does logging in with your Spotify username (not your email address) not work?

It doesn't work. I wondered if maybe I had just forgotten my password, so I tried to have the password e-mailed to me, but I haven't recieved anything.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
