Seriously, the worst customer srevice i have ever encountered.
They Never,ever,ever answer the requests you put through the contact form.
For example i´ve written atleast 3 messages now about an issue where suddenly there are two profiles for one artist that need to be merged. Should be simple enough right?
But no. Not even an answer.
I used to work tech support /customer service for many years and i know that A: People like getting a reply, even though it´s not an immediade solution,just getting a respnse goes a long way. and B Writing a response, and also actually fixing most common issues is more often than not very easy .
