Hello, 

 

I have a Spotify Connect issue. There is some random person using my account to play music on Spotify and as a result I can't play music on my Spotify that I pay for. I have never given my account information to anyone else. I thought in order to use Spotify Connect both devices must be logged into the same account but I'm not sure how this would be possible if I have never used anyone else's device for my Spotify. 

 

Anyone else have this problem before?

Welcome to the Spotify community!

 

If you belive someone else is accessing you account, you can log out everywhere to resolve the issue. Please follow the steps listed bellow to do so:

 

  1. Go to your account page.
  2. Click SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE

 

If you're worried about the security of your account, you can also reset your password
