Spotify Family problem

Hi,

I have an issue with my spotify family account. There are three people on it, including me, my girlfriend, and housemate. 

When I click "manage family accounts", I see my girlfriend's profile, her email and that it's "active. When she uses her spotify, there's no interference with mine, all's good. 

BUT it doesnt show my housemate's profile. It doesn't show any other profiles than my girlfriends. However, I created a log on and password for him. He can login to spotify with those credentials, but the problem is, when hes in spotify, it over-rides my account. The "devices available" over-rides to his smartphone, his song choices over-ride mine and this messes up all the algorythms, and means that we can't both use spotify at the same time. 

Is this a glitch? Seems strange, given that my girlfriend's profile acts totally independently and doesnt interefere with anything.

Hey @lamysmith,

That's weird. Can you tell me the username of your friend's profile? I just want to check something really quick. 🙂
