Spotify Family

Spotify Family

I just upgraded my account to Spotify Family.

But, when I try to add members of my family, they get this message:

 

"Cannot join Premium for Family 😞

Sorry! You're already a member of this (or another) Family plan. Please click below to switch to the account that you want to join the Family plan."

 

What am I doing wrong?

Hey @Myrini,

 

They're probably logged into your account when they try to accept the invite. Can you please make sure that they're logged into their own account?


If they don't have an account yet, they can sign up at https://spotify.com/signup
