Spotify Premium Does Not Work

Hello,

Just purchased Spotify Premium about 15 minutes ago and I have been having an issue getting it activated on both my desktop client (MacBook Pro) and my iPhone 4S. Was wondering if I could get some help here to resolve the issue.

First try logging out of the app, and then log back in.

Yes this happened to me I have tried everything and even contacted Spotify but they did nothing and didn't even try to help me. I haven't found a solution yet.

i have a pending payment and i don't know why my premium is not working not able to download music
