Spotify Premium and playlist desappear

Spotify Premium and playlist desappear

Hi,

 

I am user of Spotify Premium since middle December. Nevertheless, today I have enter into my account and I have realized that this has became SPOTIFY FREE and all my playlist have desappear.. I have tried to reach help from Spotify team (I have sent them an email) but regretly they direct me to this Comunity. I do not know what to do. I have google throught the FAC's but no solution I have found.

 

I would appreciate if you help me to fix the problem.

 

Apologize for my English.. I am from Spain but I do not find Comunity in spanish.

Hi @zoeeva and welcome to the community!

 

It sounds like two accounts may have been accidentally merged, or you may have logged into the wrong account.

 

Only the support team can deal with these issues. All you have to do is reply directly to the email you got directing you here, even if it is from a no-reply email address, and it'll get sent to the relevant team.
