Spotify Premium is required for on-demand mobile streaming

Hi,

 

Please can you help me. We keep getting this message and I have tried various solutions. I have checked payment and we have Premium on the desktop and that is all fine. I have deleted the App on the iPhone and re-installed it - all to no avail. We haven't been able to play music online for several weeks now so I need your help please!

Hey 🙂 

 

Try logging out of the Spotify application, fully restarting your device and then logging in again. Also make sure you are using the same details as on the desktop version, its amazingly easy to accidentally have 2 accounts.

Who's your Spotify Star?

I'm sure you're right but I can't seem to log completely out of Spotify on my device. I have even taken the App off and then re-installed it but it never invites me to put in my Facebook ID and password as it all happens automatically. What i want to do is break the Facebook/Spotify connection somehow. Any ideas?

I can see Premium on my desktop no problem. The problem is on my device. I have uninstalled the App and reinstalled it but still it automatically logs me in again. What I really want to do is to break the old Facebook/Spotify connection and put in what i think is the correct one. Thoughts?
