My Question or Issue

I subscribe to the Spotify Premium promo subscription 3 months for Php 9.00 but my VISA was charge only, my spotify account was never given premium access. Note that I'm a first time user. I already log out and log in again in all devices I'm using but still the same.

Is the promo a SCAM? It's just collecting money and does not give the promised promo. You can check my account SPOTIFY team. I am dismayed of what happened. Need you to check this.

If you were charged for Premium but you're still on Free, I suggest checking this support page for more information.

Also, make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts, as you could've purchased the subscription on the wrong account.
