I am a college student and I tried subscribing as a student. I put my card info in and got charged but then they couldn't verify that I was a student. I don't have Spotify and still got charged. What do I do?

If you haven't received a receipt via Email, it's very likely just a pending charge: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/
