Spotify Subscription

I am currently abroad but have just upgraded my account from free to premium. I am still unable to access Spotify through the app. I have tried changing the country I am in but that has not worked. I have also uninsulated and reinstalled the app. But have had no success. Any suggestions?

Thanks for posting, and welcome to Spotify Community 🙂

 

Logging into your account is easy. Just follow these steps:

  1. Open Spotify.
  2. Enter your Spotify username and Password then click Log In. Or just click Log in with Facebook if you created your account through Facebook.

  2. Enter your Spotify username and Password then click Log In. Or just click Log in with Facebook if you created your account through Facebook.

Thanks for replying to my message. It's very much appreciated.
Unfortunately, I've tried that a number of times and keep getting " Enjoying your trip? To listen to abroad for more than 14 days, tell us where you are at Spotify.com?" as a response. I've tried to change the country which I am currently in on edit profile as per the direction on Spotify.com but that did not work. I then unsubscribed and resubscribed from spotify, that did not work, I changed my payment details and uninstalled and re installed the app. All to no effect. Any assistance with this issue would be great.

Thanks for getting back to me.

 

That seems a little odd. Your account is now on Premium, so there should be no problem using the app anywhere in the world, as long as you have an active internet connection.

 

So I can investigate this a little further for you, can you please post here a screenshot of the error message you're encountering when trying to log in?

was logging in using my email, rather than my username. Thanks for your
