Öğrenci indiriminden yararlanmak için kredi kartı şifrelerimi va yazdım ve sonra öğrenci belgemi yolladım ve bana bi kaç güne onay oluşur diye bi kare çıktı ve ödeme kredi kartımda bekleyen işlemlere alındı ama bir gun oldu onay gelmedi işleme alındıgına dair bi mail de yok ne yapmalıyım ?

At the moment, we only have have English support in the Community. If you wish, you can get Turkish support via email from here.

If you applied for the student discount, keep in mind that it can take several days for your application to be verified. Once that happens, you'll receive an email letting you know that the discount was approved and it'll have the steps for you to complete the process. As soon as you complete it and the payment is successfully posted in your account, the Premium service will start working for you.

If the discount is not approved, any pending payments will go back to your payment card during the following days. You can check the payments successfully posted in your account if you log in here.
