Spotify and Facebook

Hi,

This is my problem. Years ago a got myself a Spotify account... and never used it. Much later I went back to it, discovered I forgot my pass word AND realized I'd gotten a new e-mailadress in the meantime. I decided to log in through Facebook. This worked fine. Now I want to quit Facebook though. So I need a way to log in to Spotify, reset my pass word, change my e-mail adress... and I can't seem to find out how. Can anyone help?
