Spotify charge

I got spotify premium then I immediately cancelled it after I got it so I know it was to charge for that month. I was fine with that. But then they charged for the next month. I had no money on my card and I was charged a 35 dollar over draft fee. I want my refund back so I don't get this over charge. I cancelled my payment so I should not be charged at all.

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

Spotify doesn't have Phone support.

When have you sent your e-mail? Could you post your 8 digit case number here so I can escalate this to the staff for you.
