Spotify charged me but my account didn't upgraded

Spotify charged me but my account didn't upgraded

So I decided to buy the Spotify Family plan for my husband and 2 children, I inserted my credit card info and my bank notified me that the charge was completed, but spotify didn't upgraded my account as it told me that my card was declined. If someone has a clue as to how to solve this please, I need help.

You should get in touch with the spotify support team by using the online contact form or by tweeting @SpotifyCares on twitter. 

 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.
