Spotify does not accept my Lithuanian card

Hello, I have problem:

"Unfortunately we haven't launched in this country yet. You need to use a card issued in a Spotify launched market." this is the message I get when trying to register Spotify account. However, I use spotify in Lithuania and my card is registered in Lithuania, so it should be accepted. Spotify was launched here. Why is this happening? Should I use another card? Thank you!
