Spotify email is premium when signing in with Facebook but not with just the email

My Question or Issue

 I've seen previously people posting about duplicate account issues and I believe that's what my problem is here.

I am unable to sign into my PS4 with my premium Spotify as it doesn't provide me the option to sign in with Facebook, and when entering my email (the same one I use for Facebook) it shows as a free account.

Can someone please remove my free account on *snip* and allow me to sign into my premium one.

Hi,

Sorry that your having trouble with your accounts!  I would direct you here, where this article gives some ways to help you.  If that doesn't work I would go here where you file a report with Spotify and they help you.
