Spotify family account seems to be a trail account

Spotify family account seems to be a trail account

Hello,

About one week ago i added a new user to my spotify family. When we tried to activate the account we received the message that we created a trail account which is one month available and after that we have to pay. In my spotify overview the account is added correctly and active.

What should i do?

Hey @mitchellwit, welcome to the Community!

 

Even if the account you'd like to add to your Premium for Family plan is active on a Free trial, you can add it as a member. Just follow these steps in order to send the invitation.

Yes i know but i already did that. After i added the account, the guy tried to register and received a email that his trail period is started.

Can he try to accept the invitation code manually at: www.spotify.com/family/redeem?

 

Let us know how he gets on.
