Spotify for Ipod Nano

Hi, I have an Ipod Nano 5th gen(old by Apple's standards) and I was wondering if it's possible for me to get Spotify for my computer then sync the music to my Nano? I scoured the FAQS and couldn't really find a straightforward answer..!
