Spotify free - limits

I created my Spotify account about month ago. As far i know for first 6 months only restricition of free account are commercials and after this time you are limited to 10 hours of playback / month.

My question is why am i limited to 10 hours/month if my account was created month ago?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

The Spotify free restrictions only come into effect once your account has been regsitered for 6 months. Do you log in using your Facebook details?

If so, be aware you might have accidentally opened your account in the past by clicking any Spotify link whilst logged into Facebook.

where can I see when i registered myself?

I mean, when I first started playing Spotify on my desktop.

Cause Im sure I have been using Spotify for more than 6 monts, but nothing happened. And Im still free user.

Divh - Looks like you created your account in July last year, this is why you're receiving the limit.

I'm logging using Facebook details. Is that has something in common with that?

It's weird because Spotify in Poland where i live is available since february 2013, i haven't tried spotify before because service didn't work in Poland before.

If my account was created through Facebook why it shows that that happened in July of last year? My Facebook account was created way earlier. Email that is assigned to this account was created couple years ago.

No, your Spotify account was created through your Facebook in July last year. Not your Facebook account was created last year.

Is there any way I can check date of my account creation? I'm sure that I have used my Facebook details to register for the first time in February 2013.

There isn't at the moment, no. From our system, it appears your account was created on the 26/7/2012.

So what am I able to do? Even if indeed, my account was created on date shown in your system, it wasn't used since then. Not by me for sure.
