Spotify incorrectly charging me every month

Spotify incorrectly charging me every month

Hi all,

I upgraded my Spotify premium account to Premium for Family. Although receipts are showing $0.00 being charged, my credit card statement shows that Spotify has been charging me $10.00 every month, as if my account was still individual. How do I go about resolving this issue?

Hello,

 

In this instance I believe it's a glitch as the system may still be updating you upgraded to premium family. So I advise you to either wait for about week (or until this month gets over) or contact spotify to resolve the issue.

It's been months of them charging me incorrectly. I've checked all my email accounts, no other spotify subscription was ever premium other than my primary account that is now under a family subscription. I went ahead and deleted any other spotify account I might have but am still being charged. Knowing I'm having this issue and confirming that I am under a family subscription, Spotify is still incorrectly charging me $10 a month on top of my family subscription. What do I do???
