Spotify is charging me for an account that doesn't exist

Spotify is charging me for an account that doesn't exist

I emailed this complaint to support on Monday, but have gotten no response. I have two Spotify Premium accounts, one for myself and one for my son. In addition to the two monthly charges of $9.99, another from Spotify for $4.99 is showing up on the same credit card.

 

It's possible we orphaned an account accidentally--I don't assume this is fraud. But since I am unable to call a human being at Spotify.com and their email support has not responded in three days, despite me providing them the bank authorization code for the transaction and other details, I am entirely frustrated with Spotify.

 

My only recourse at this point is to ditch Spotify completely and have my bank stop all payments to them. Let me know if you have any other ideas.
