Spotify keeps telling me I can't stream on demand

So I've tried logging on and off to try to get my spotify working like it should. I used to be premium. I stopped the services but payed about an hour ago for Premium again and it's not letting me "stream music on demand". And as a former premium subscriber I know I should be able to do that. I also received an email confirmation of my purchase. Any help/suggestions?

What platform/device are you using? 

On some devices, particularly mobile ones, it can take a while for your subscription to appear. Try logging out, restarting your device and then logging in again.

I'm using my iPhone 4...I'll try that out to see if it works.
