I've tried several cards and does not acepts any all have money... I need Solution

Maybe I can try and help out, would you be able to take a look at the following?

1) Clear cookies and cache and try again.
2) Try again using incognito mode.
3) Try again using another browser.

4) Try using a paypal account to make the payment rather than a credit card

If that doesn't work let me know and I'll see how I can help you fix this,
