Premium Student Account

Premium Student Account

I signed up for a premium student account this morning. When I tried to put in my college information it was not accepted. My account still shows that I'm on spotify free even though the $4.99 was already taken out of my account.

No, I have'nt but I do have proof via text that the money was taken out of my account at 7:51 this morning.

It's very likely just a pending charge: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/


If the charge doesn't disappear within 5-7 days, please let me know.

It's been 4 week and I have neither gotten money refunded and I still do not have access to any premium features. I do not want to charged next week for a service that hasn't been provided.

Please get in touch with Spotify Support so they can look into this.
