Spotify payment


Spotify says I paid  for it online on my account but on the app it says I didn’t pay for it So it says if I don’t pay for all those premium but I paid for it and there’s proof on the app what do I do

First up, we suggest that you try logging out and then logging back in to your account to check if that makes the difference.


If your payment has gone through successfully, you should be able to see your subscription immediately activated on your account. In this case, we suggest that you check if your payment went through by taking a look at your receipts.


If you don't see any payments there, it means that it hasn't been processed successfully on our end. However, if you can see the payment, make sure to check if the email and password are correct when you're logging in to your account
