Spotify premium account created by my ex Facebook account

I have an spotify premium account, created by my ex Facebook account.
But actually I've canceled my Facebook account.
I can not cancel my contract premium Spotify, because Spotify ask me to delete it through my ex Facebook account.
Can anyone help me to solve this problem, thanks.
