Spotify premium fungerar inte

hej,

mitt teliaabonnemang gick ut och i och med det så försvann spotifykontot. Har försökte återaktivera det nu i ett par veckor men det går inte. Det står att jag har ett spotify-premium konto men det verkar inte vara aktiverat, verkar vara någon form av gratismånad här till slutet av november innan det skall börja dras pengar från kontot

The Spotify account connected to your Community profile doesn't have any subscription of any Telia subscription at all. If you've activated again via Telia, it's worth getting in touch with them to find out what account it's been activated on.

Our support team can also help, but they'll only be able to search for accounts using email address/usernames you provide.
